Michel Marchau is Belgian and graduated from Ghent University as Civil Engeineer, specialized in electronics and high-frequencies. Michel Marchau is a qualified European, Belgian and Luxembourg patent attorney.

 

Experience

He gained profound experience in the patent field working with the EPO as an examiner in different technical fields. As an EPO Director, he was in charge of the directorate Telecommunications. As Principal Director, he was in charge i.a. of the training of the examiners, quality control of examination and of all formal procedures linked with examination and opposition.
